Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years experience as tour operator/organizer*
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Familiarity with the characteristics of all types of tours and proper destinations in Georgia
- Fluency in English and Georgian Languages, Russian language is a bonus

Job Description (Main Responsibilities):
- Develop tour packages
- Modify tour packages
- Make travel arrangements
- Provide tourist assistance
- Coordinate tour leaders
- Manage tour budgets
- Provide tour listing, announcement and promotion
- Manage tour set up, tear down and follow-ups
- Establish standardized tour procedures and train staff into properly executing them
- Track tour key performance areas and identify items to work on for future tours

Monday till Friday, 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, with half an hour break time available
