  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years experience as tour operator/organizer*
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Familiarity with the characteristics of all types of tours and proper destinations in Georgia
  • Fluency in English and Georgian Languages, Russian language is a bonus

Job Description (Main Responsibilities):

  • Develop tour packages
  • Modify tour packages
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Provide tourist assistance
  • Coordinate tour leaders
  • Manage tour budgets
  • Provide tour listing, announcement and promotion
  • Manage tour set up, tear down and follow-ups
  • Establish standardized tour procedures and train staff into properly executing them
  • Track tour key performance areas and identify items to work on for future tours

Working Time:
Monday till Friday, 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, with half an hour break time available
