Workforce In Georgia

 

 

Georgia offers young and qualified workforce to anyone who desires. In last few years Georgian government has shown exceptional dedication to giving higher education to majority of the country by providing grant (50%, 70% and 100%) and scholarships for students. Government has also been building training facilities throughout Georgia to promote skill development and courses in practical subjects. Georgian youth also starts learning foreign languages early in school, resulting in almost 50% of populations having knowledge of English language and vast majority of people knowing Russian language.

Vast majority of Georgia’s workforce is between 20-34 age categories. Georgian youth of 20 to 34 years is already that has seen reforms and improvement in Georgian Education System, resulting in them being more qualified to work for foreign corporations and businesses that require professionally skilled individuals in certain aspects of the company.
