Swiss Chocolate manufacturer to grow hazelnuts in Georgia

Camille Bloch is planning to grow hazelnut in Georgia for its chocolate.  The government of Guria have expressed mutual interest in developing hazelnut plantations and introducing new technologies to the sector.  produces two popular brands of chocolate – Ragusa and Torino.

Representatives of Camille Bloch met with the governor of Guria  Merab Chanukvadze, and the Mayor of Lanchkhuti Municipality, Aleksandre Sarishvili. The territory will be given to Camille Bloch in Lnachkhuti after the experts examine and rate the soil on the territory
